Aubrey Miles mourns death of 14-year-old pet dog: ‘Never expected this deep sadness’

Aubrey Miles expressed her grief over the death of her 14-year-old Scottish Terrier dog, Master Miller, due to old age.
Miles paid tribute to her pet, thanking him for being “the best dog ever,” as seen on her Instagram page yesterday, May 3.
“Our first ever love dog. When you think you’re ready but you never really will be,” she said. “Most obedient, cutest, smartest, everything we could ask for. We know you lived a healthy and happy life.”

Miles showed her playful moments with Master through a compilation video on her Instagram page today, May 4. She also wished that they would both find their way back to each other, referencing the 2017 film “A Dog’s Purpose.”
“Wouldn’t put a sad song because you had an awesome happy life with us. I saw your eyes before you took your last breath that you wanted to live longer, play more but your body said no more,” she stated. “It’s ok [Master], we had great memories, you did well.”

Miles also gave a glimpse of Master’s funeral through her Instagram Stories, also today.
“I haven’t slept. Never expected this deep sadness. I thought I was ready. I hardly cry in my life but when I do, legit it’s gonna be long,” she added.

Aside from Master, Miles also has cats and another dog, which she frequently shows on her Instagram page. JB
