A US-based Filipino agent is said to be skewing local promoters’ efforts to bring Jessica Sanchez to Manila. Sources say Ben Chan of Bench, who has expressed interest in presenting the “American Idol” runner-up in concert, has refused to talk to the agent. Pocholo Concepcion
