Korina Sanchez’s son Pepe is already back on his feet after he got into a minor pool accident which left bruises on his nose and cheek.
Pepe sustained injuries after he bumped his face on the pool steps last Friday, March 11. Sanchez then gave a glimpse of their recent pool bonding, showing Pepe actively swimming again with his twin sister Pilar, as seen on Sanchez’s Instagram page last Sunday, March 13.
The kids swam and jumped to the pool while Sanchez can be heard speaking in the background, reminding them to be careful.
“I watch my kids now bravely jumping into the deepest part of the pool and I can’t help but think: [Oh my gosh] it was just like yesterday I wasn’t sure they would even learn to crawl,” the broadcaster said. “Amazing [miracle] of life right?”
Pepe and Pilar are Sanchez’s children with her husband, former politician Mar Roxas, who she has been married to since 2009. The twins, which came almost 10 years after the couple tied the knot, were conceived through gestational surrogacy. JB
