Kylie Padilla expressed her longing for her two sons Alas Joaquin and Axl Romeo, who are away from her as she undergoes quarantine.

Though she did not give much details, Padilla told fans that she is in isolation and has lost count of how many days it has been, as per her Instagram page today, Feb. 7.

In a separate post, Padilla spoke about the sacrifices of working mothers for their children while showing a photo of her video call with her sons, also on her page last Saturday, Feb. 5.

“I’m [okay] na (already) for the day. Us working moms just have to keep repeating our mantra to ourselves. All our sacrifices are for them. And repeat and repeat,” she said.

She then expressed her admiration for her kids, noting how they empower her by their simple ways.

“My kids don’t even know the strength they give me just when they smile,” she added.

Padilla shares her sons with her estranged husband, actor Aljur Abrenica, who she broke up with last year. Their breakup was revealed to the public after Kylie’s father Robin Padilla confirmed it to talent manager Ogie Diaz in a vlog, adding that the separation was due to a supposed third party. JB
