Actress-vlogger Ivana Alawi, for the second time running, has been named as one of the world’s most beautiful faces this year.
The influencer placed 4th on the list of the world’s 100 most beautiful faces of 2021, released by TC Candler and the Independent Critics on their YouTube channel yesterday, Dec. 28. She jumped seven places higher than her spot last year where she debuted at 11th.
Joining her in the top ten are globally revered models and K-pop stars such as Nana (Im Jin-ah), Jasmine Tookes, Twice’s Tzuyu (Chou Tzu-yu), Momoland’s Nancy Jewel McDonie, and Blackpink’s Lisa Manoban, who topped the list.
The top 10 most beautiful faces of 2021 according to TC Candler and the Independent Critics are:
- Lisa Manoban, member of K-pop group Blackpink
- Emilie Nereng, Norwegian blogger
- Halima Aden, Somali-American model
- Ivana Alawi, Filipina actress and YouTuber
- Nancy Jewel McDonie, member of K-pop group Momoland
- Yael Shelbia, Israeli fashion model
- Tzuyu (Chou Tzu-yu), member of K-pop group Twice
- Lyodra Ginting, Indonesian singer
- Jasmine Tookes, former Victoria’s Secret angel
- Nana (Im Jin-an), South Korean singer
Other Filipina beauties that made it to this year’s list are Liza Soberano, who ranked 18th, and Janine Gutierrez, who ranked 78th. It is Soberano’s seventh time to appear on the list, being the first Filipina to take the top spot back in 2017. JB
