Miss World PH 2021 Tracy Maureen Perez picked as frontrunner by global pageant observers
Miss World Philippines Tracy Maureen Perez’s name has indeed been making noise in the upcoming Miss World 2021 pageant as she landed in two frontrunners list by international publications.
Missosology, an established beauty pageant platform which specializes in analyzing contenders and contests, has named Perez as one of its top 30 hot picks for Miss World 2021, as seen on its Facebook page today, Dec. 16.
“Missosology’s core group of experts and correspondents reviewed each of the ladies as well as the trajectory of the pageant based on historical trends and more importantly the narrative that the pre-final contests has given us,” it said.
Perez, who’s name placed second on the list, was judged according to a “rigorous, well-rounded set of requirements.” Joining her in the leaderboard are Miss Venezuela, Miss Cote D’Ivoire, Miss Poland and Miss Bahamas, among others.
Meanwhile, Perez also landed in the frontrunners list published by The National, a Middle-East-based news outlet, naming her as one of the “Miss Universe 2021 candidates to watch out for” in a report yesterday, Dec. 15.

Joining Perez in the said list are Miss Somalia, Miss India, Miss Iraq and Miss Tunisia, among others.
Perez is set to compete in the 70th Miss World happening tomorrow, Dec. 17 in Puerto Rico. She recently earned the top five spot on the pageant’s Beauty with a Purpose challenge with her advocacy on empowering single parents. JB
