Beatrice Luigi Gomez advances to Miss Universe top 10

Miss Philippines Beatrice Luigi Gomez has advanced further in the Miss Universe contest after making it to the top 10 in the pageant being held today, Dec. 13.

Gomez entered the top 10 after stunning fans and judges in the beauty pageant’s swimsuit competition. The candidates who also made it to the top 10 were: Paraguay, Puerto Rico, United States, India, South Africa, The Bahamas, France, Colombia and Aruba.

Gomez is hoping to win the fifth crown for the Philippines, following Catriona Gray, Pia Wurtzbach, Margie Moran and Gloria Diaz.
