TJ Valderrama and Karen Bordador are no longer celebrity housemates in “Pinoy Big Brother” after they were both evicted from the reality TV show yesterday, Dec. 5.

The two ex-housemates had the lowest combined “save” and “evict” votes in the first double eviction night of “Pinoy Big Brother: Kumunity Season 10,” as seen on the show’s YouTube channel yesterday. Bordador received 16.42% of votes while Valderrama had -3.05% of the final tally, meaning he received more “evict” votes from the show’s audience.

Their fellow nominees Alexa Ilacad and Samantha Bernardo earned 36.95% and 28.03% of the total votes, respectively.

Dubbed the “Laughter Lodi ng Manila,” Valderrama was part of the second batch of housemates introduced for PBB, along with beauty queen Bernardo and singer-actress Anji Salvacion.

While inside the PBB house, Valderrama was accused of sexual harassment after he allegedly showed inappropriate behavior toward his fellow housemate Shanaia Gomez.

The issue reached women’s group Gabriela Women’s Party, which also pointed out that videos of Valderrama touching Gomez could be used as grounds for sexual harassment.

However, PBB dismissed the said allegations last month, asserting that harassment is not happening inside the house. This led fans to express their disappointment in the show’s producers.

Valderrama is a comedian known for his stint in the “It’s Showtime” segment “Funny One.” He is also part of the TV series “Hoy, I Love You!” which stars Joross Gamboa and Roxanne Guinoo.

Meanwhile, Bordador is a former radio DJ. She was arrested in a drug buy-bust operation in Pasig City back in 2016. She was acquitted of all charges last June and has since launched her YouTube channel. JB
