LOOK: Catriona Gray, Pia Wurtzbach reunite with fellow Miss Universe queens in South Africa
Catriona Gray and Pia Wurtzbach have reunited with fellow Miss Universe pageant winners as they attended the Miss South Africa 2021 coronation night.
Gray (Miss Universe 2018) showed what appears to be a night out with Wurtzbach (Miss Universe 2015), Zozibini Tunzi (Miss Universe 2019) and reigning Miss Universe Andrea Meza, on her Instagram page today, Oct. 18. Demi-Leigh Tebow (Miss Universe 2017) bonded with them as well through a video call.
“Thank you so much [Miss South Africa] for bringing all of us together! Finally got to sit down and spend some time with Pia Wurtzbach, Andrea Meza and Zozibini Tunzi,” Gray said.
The local beauty pageant’s coronation night was held last Saturday, Oct. 16. Lalela Lali Mswane was crowned Miss South Africa 2021.

According to Wurtzbach, Gray had an early flight out of South Africa so she was not present at the pictorial.
“I agree it would have been better if she was there but this was also a last-minute plan from the [organization],” she added.
Wurtzbach noted that Gray has been busy with her work, though she hopes that she and her fellow titleholders will all be in a photo together someday.
Gray and Tunzi were tapped to be backstage hosts for Miss South Africa while Wurtzbach and Meza served as judges. JB
