It is no secret that Angel Locsin has been striving for a fitter body — and her progress over the past few months proves how well her weight-loss journey has been going.
The actress proudly showed her slimmer figure while wearing black workout clothes on her Instagram page yesterday, Sept. 21.
“Remember to love every inch of you,” she said.

Fellow celebrities praised Locsin for achieving her fitter physique, including Marian Rivera, Angelica Panganiban and Anne Curtis. Meanwhile, Locsin’s husband Neil Arce chimed in and quipped “on my way.”

Last June, Locsin made her first steps to get back into shape by taking on a new nutritionist-approved food plan. She went on a calorie-control diet based on recommendations from a clinic.
The Kapamilya star experienced some changes in her health and weight after suffering from a spinal disc bulge back in 2015. She started feeling pain whenever she works out or does sudden movements.
Locsin also faced body shaming in the past, but she asserted that she would rather not respond to comments about her own body. She added that she pities body shamers because they live a “sad life.” JB
