WATCH: Bella Poarch faces past abuse in new track ‘Inferno’; Ivana Alawi, Bretman Rock cameo in MV
Filipino-American artist Bella Poarch has dropped her sophomore single, “Inferno,” which she wrote as a way to address her being abused in the past.
Bella Poarch teams up with Sub Urban as they get back at sexual predators in the music video posted on her official YouTube channel yesterday, Aug. 13.
“Trigger warning: As a victim of sexual assault, this song and video mean a lot to me. This is something I haven’t been ready to share with you just yet. It’s very hard for me to talk about. But I’m ready now,” the singer revealed in the comments section.
“I decided to express myself by creating a song and video with Sub Urban based on how I wished my experience went. It’s a fantasy I wish was true. I’m looking forward to sharing this with you all,” she added.
Just like in her “Build a Bitch” music video, Bella Poarch got her friends and fellow content creators to appear in “Inferno,” including fellow Filipino-Americans Valkyrae and Bretman Rock.
