Callalily and This Band share a tale of heartbreak and uncertainty as they team up in the new track “Bahala Na.”

Through the song, they tell the story of two lovers who are no longer sure of their relationship and are just leaving everything to the fatalistic Filipino attitude of “bahala na” (whatever happens, happens).

“Tuloy pa ba?/ O ayaw na? Alaalang/ Masaya/ Nanghihinayang sating mga binuo/ Bahala na,” Callalily’s Kean Cipriano and This Band’s Andrea Manzano sing.

“Bahala Na” dropped on YouTube and on all major streaming platforms yesterday, Aug. 13. It is the first collaboration between the two bands.

The song was also released under Cipriano’s music label, OC Records.

Callalily is one of the most famous OPM bands, and is behind multiple hits such as “Magbalik,” “Pansamantala” and “Stars,” among others.

This Band, meanwhile, is an indie pop rock band most known for the hit 2018 track “Kahit Ayaw Mo Na.”  /ra
