Ria Atayde grateful as she marks 6th year in show biz
Ria Atayde has nothing but gratitude to those who helped her in her journey as an actress as she marked her 6th anniversary in show biz yesterday, Aug. 5.
“A lot going on today that I didn’t even realize that today marks the 6th anniversary of my acting debut,” Atayde said on Instagram while sharing a photo of her donning a wide smile.
“So this is my happy face knowing that I’ve survived [six] years in this industry. Blesssss,” Atayde said.

“Utmost and sincerest gratitude to everyone that has been part of this journey. Pianiberseri to us, mga fren [crying emoji] who wud heb thunk??” she said. (Happy anniversary to us, friends. Who would have thought?)

A year later, Atayde’s role in the “Maalaala Mo Kaya” episode “Puno ng Mangga” earned her the Best Female New TV Personality at the 2016 PMPC Star Awards for TV.
Atayde has since taken on several projects including “The Hows of Us” and “Love or Money,” among others. She is now set to star in ABS-CBN’s upcoming show “Viral” alongside Charlie Dizon, Dimples Romana and Jake Cuenca. /ra
