After her run as Diane Nguyen on “BoJack Horseman,” Alison Brie is now set to lend her voice once again for an animated series in the form of “Rick and Morty.”

Brie will be guest-starring in a still undisclosed role in the upcoming fifth season of the said series by Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland, Radio Times reported on June 8.

Aside from the “Community” star, Timothy Olyphant and Christina Ricci are also set to lend their voices to the show.

Spencer Grammer, who plays Morty’s sister Summer in the show, confirmed the news to the said magazine, although she did not disclose the characters and the episodes they will be appearing in.

Kanye West, meanwhile, will not be guest-starring in the said show despite clamor from fans to make him play a role.

“Rick and Morty” season 5 will premiere in the United States on June 20 with the episode “Mort Dinner Rick Andre,” according to the report. The said episode will be telling the story of the Smith family being shocked by the arrival of Rick’s nemesis.

The series, which has had four seasons so far, was renewed in 2018 for 70 more episodes. Only 10 episodes (season 4) have been aired so far. The first three seasons also had only 10 episodes each. Ian Biong /ra
