Just a few months after Khalil Ramos joined Gabbi Garcia as a GMA Network artist, the real-life couple are already taping their first-ever teleserye together.
The upcoming series, titled “Love You Stranger,” began filming as late as Feb. 16, the Kapuso network teased in its official Instagram account.
“Fun day with #LoveYouStranger stars #GabbiGarcia, #KhalilRamos and #GilCuerva,” GMA Network posted, sharing a photo of the three stars.
In another post the next day, GMA Network shared the first still from the said series. It shows Ramos and Cuerva facing off as a worried Garcia watches
“Team Gablil or Team GabGil? Soon on #LoveYouStranger!” the network said.
“Love You Stranger,” written by award-winning GMA Public Affairs producer Anj Atienza with writer-director Irene Villamor, will be a romance-mystery series, according to the Kapuso network.
This is also the first GMA teleserye of Ramos, who officially joined the network in October 2020. Prior to this project, Ramos and Garcia starred in the coming-of-age, music-themed movie “LSS” in 2019.
Garcia and Ramos also create content for their fans on the “Gabbi Garcia” YouTube channel, which recently racked up around 1.21 million subscribers. /ra
