Oyo Sotto, Kristine Hermosa mark decade of marriage: ‘The imperfect you and me’

Oyo Sotto and his wife, Kristine Hermosa, put together heartwarming videos for each other to mark their 10th wedding anniversary.
Sotto shared his 16-minute surprise on his Instagram page yesterday, Jan. 12. The compilation of photos featured their journey as a couple, starting from their wedding up to their current lives with their children.
“Happy 10th anniversary @khsotto! Ang bilis ng sampung taon (10 years are so fast),” Sotto said.

He also assured Hermosa that though they have faced many problems throughout their time together, nothing could compare to the love and joy they receive from God.
As for Hermosa, she dubbed their special day as a “birthsary” since Sotto also turned a year older on Jan. 12.
“Kahit anong anggolo, hindi maitatago ang kagwapuhan mo,” she told him on her own page. “Gaya ng kahit anong hamon ng buhay, hindi maitatago ang kabutihan ng puso mo.”
([From] whatever angle, your good looks cannot be hidden. Just like [in] any challenge in life, your kindness cannot be hidden.)
“It’s a privilege to be celebrating your life on earth and our milestones together,” Hermosa added. “The imperfect you [and] me, and our God who never [ceases] to perfect us is what makes this marriage more exciting — I want to honor you my love for the man that you are in the Lord.”

Along with the heartfelt message, Hermosa also posted her short video compilation of Sotto. The snippets gave a glimpse into their personal lives, showing Sotto caring for his kids, among other moments together.
Aside from celebrating their anniversary, the couple are also preparing for the birth of their fifth child. They revealed last month that they were expecting another baby. /ra
