Vlogger Niana Guerrero advised followers to stay safe after she got injured while doing a TikTok challenge.

The dancer revealed in a viral video yesterday, Dec. 16 how she got a wound to the head while she and her family took part in a challenge. She and her brother Ranz held up a pair of pants while family members tried to jump into them.

The accident occurred after their chef Marky Calderon successfully completed the challenge. As the family celebrated his winning jump, Calderon’s arm hit Niana’s head and after a few moments, she realized her head was bleeding.

Off-camera, Niana could be heard crying and stating that she did not want to go to the hospital. The family managed to go to the house of their pediatrician to get treated. Calderon could be seen crying, apparently affected by the incident.

The family shared an update of the injury, explaining fully what had happened. Niana said that her shades hit her head and it “created a small wound.”

“Akala ko nung una guys prank,” Ranz admitted.

“I thought I wasn’t going to remember any of you,” the social media star related.

Before they headed into a safer challenge, Ranz noted, “Next time we gotta be more careful sa mga ginagawang challenges (the challenges we do).”
