Actress Sheena Halili is now a first-time mom to a baby girl.
The Kapuso star gave birth to her daughter with husband Jeron Manzanero on Saturday, Dec. 12, she announced yesterday via Instagram.
“Hello, anak (my child)!” she wrote as she shared photos of herself and her firstborn taken at the hospital. “Hanggang ngayon [‘di pa rin] ako makapaniwala na nahahawakan at nayayakap na kita.”
(I still cannot believe that I am holding you and embracing you.)
Their first family photo was taken at the delivery room, and Halili even had a snapshot with the hospital staff.
Manzanero, a lawyer and city administrator in Pasig City, is already a doting dad.
“I promise to hold your hand forever, Martina,” he wrote on Instagram yesterday, sharing a photo of their daughter in his arms while she wrapped her small hand around his finger.
He announced that her full name is Martina Candice Halili Manzanero in another post.
Baby Martina comes after Halili announced her pregnancy last June.
The couple tied the knot last February in a star-studded ceremony in Quezon City that included Marian Rivera, Maine Mendoza and Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto. JB
