In a later post on Thursday, the singer said that he and his wife Mei-ling have been admitted to the hospital, adding that Mei-ling was “the hardest hit.”

“She has difficulty breathing and had to be intubated at the ICU (intensive care unit),” Fuentes said.

He also said this note to his wife: “Sweetie, I know how difficult this must be for you.  You definitely are the anchor of the family.  But the virus has stolen life from us.

“IF you feel that you don’t want to fight this thing anymore, just ‘whisper’ in my spirit and we can both go home together.  Without you, my life is meaningless,” he added.

And in a recent post on Saturday, the singer turned pastor said that he is now in the intensive care unit of the hospital.
