Slater Young and his wife, Kryz Uy, welcomed their first baby, Scott, to the Christian world five months after his birth.

Uy shared moments from the ceremony on her Instagram page last Tuesday, Nov. 24, saying, “Scottie boo’s Baptism day [angel emoji].”

Young and Uy dressed up in light blue and white pieces, while baby Scott wore an all-white outfit for the special day. Uy’s mother, Irene, also attended the baptism.

The new parents followed precautions against COVID-19 as well, wearing face masks as a priest baptized their son.

The couple welcomed baby Scott last June in Mandaue, Cebu City. They first revealed that they were expecting a child through a vlog post last December.

Young and Uy tied the knot in a garden ceremony in Cebu back in February 2019, months after getting engaged in March the year prior. The two had been longtime friends before they started dating.  /ra
