Heart Evangelista recounts miscarriage after being told she needs a baby

Heart Evangelista recalled the “traumatizing” feeling of losing her unborn twins after she was told that she needed to have a baby in her life.
One Instagram user (@lovingmommy_0912) made the remark after the actress posted a photo of herself in Paris, France last Thursday, Nov. 5.
“You need a baby in your life,” the person told Evangelista.
Evangelista eventually noticed her comment and explained that “God is all you need and everything else is a bonus [heart emoji].”

Meanwhile, another commenter (@franciskachen) addressed @lovingmommy_0912, stating that the latter never understood the feeling of a miscarriage.
“I’ve got mine twice and it feels like hell,” the former said. “And now I am happy with my husband.”
“I’m too blessed to have him. And let God do the rest,” she added.

After seeing @franciskachen’s comment, Evangelista also spoke about how she lost her twins due to a miscarriage. The actress expressed that it was “the most traumatizing feeling.”
“I carried my twins [for] months after because my doctor wanted me to naturally go through the process. It was the most horrible feeling thinking maybe God can bring them back to me… or me thinking I am not a good person for this to happen,” Evangelista said.
Evangelista was pregnant with twins in May 2018, but lost both of them in the same year. They lost one child just days after announcing her pregnancy. She revealed the loss of her other baby in June of the same year.
‘God’s choice’
“Having babies is for sure a blessing or just actually being able to feel that you can love someone if you haven’t met them,” she added.

The actress also pointed out that she was so excited to raise her own children and already had names, a stroller and a room for them.
“Now me trying after a year or so is my choice but not having a baby as of the moment is [God’s] choice and I wouldn’t want to question that — now coming to my [Instagram] and posting a comment on a [picture] that has nothing to do with that is hurtful,” she stressed.
Evangelista then lamented those who urge her to have a child, asking, “Is it because people like to hurt others nowadays just to make their lives seem better?”
With or without a child, she proudly stated that she is very happy with her life now.
“I have a loving family, a HOME. A solid relationship with God,” Evangelista explained. “Contentment is what I have and that my dear is hard to achieve.”
Evangelista has indeed been making the most out of her life despite the loss and released a new song called “Breathe You” last month. JB
