Metro Manila Film Festival to go digital
This year’s Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF), which over the years had signaled the Christmas season for Filipino families, will go digital for the first time due to the restrictions brought by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Instead of postponing the film festival, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority decided to showcase all eight film entries to this year’s MMFF in digital form, where the global audience can access and watch them in the comfort of their homes. —Mariejo S. Ramos
