Maureen Wroblewitz shows off haircut by JK Labajo: ‘Wasn’t that bad after all’

Maureen Wroblewitz commended her boyfriend, singer JK Labajo, after he gave her a stylish and short haircut.

The 22-year-old model flaunted her new hairstyle on her Instagram page last Monday, Oct. 12, while wearing a sleeveless white top under a tan leather jacket.

“[I] would like to apologize to @karloslabajo for indirectly saying that he was bad at cutting hair!” she said in jest.

Wroblewitz previously joked that she regretted letting Labajo cut her hair. She also stated that she would “most probably not” let her boyfriend do it again.

However, the model has seemed to grow fond of her new hairdo and even praised Labajo for his effort.

“For a [first-timer] he wasn’t that bad after all,” she said.

Along with her fans, celebrity photographer BJ Pascual also complimented Wroblewitz on her new haircut.

Aside from Wroblewitz and Labajo, fellow celebrities have chosen to cut off their partners’ hair throughout the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic as well. Among them are Solenn Heussaff, who hacked off her husband Nico Bolzico’s hair last March, and Marian Rivera, who gave her husband, Dingdong Dantes, a fade haircut.  /ra
