MANILA, Philippines — As Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan turned a year older, his wife Sharon Cuneta gathered the family together and held him a simple feast on his special day.
In an Instagram post on Monday, which was also the day the senator turned 57, it could be seen that the senator and the Megastar gathered at the dinner table with their children, Frankie, Miel and Miguel.
“Happy 57th, neighbor! It’s your birthday na naman (again),” Cuneta greeted her husband in her post.
She wishes for her husband to have “a great year ahead.”
“I also pray it be Covid-free and though impossibly problem-free in your world of politics, hope people will see through your heart for the country and all Filipinos,” Cuneta added. “After all, you’ve SACRIFICED so very much for your calling.”
“May God always protect and guide you. Maraming salamat sa pagmamahal sa pamilya natin (Thank you so much for loving our family.)”
Meanwhile, Pangilinan and Cuneta’s daughter Frankie enumerated all the things she loves about her dad for his birthday.
“Impeccable integrity. Steadfastness in love. A million words argued, infinitely more understood. I love you. Happy birthday daddeh,” Frankie said in a separate Instagram post.
Cuneta and Pangilinan have been married since April 1996. Aside from Frankie, Miel and Miguel, Pangilinan is also a stepfather to KC Concepcion.
