The “Dos por Dos” tandem Anthony Taberna and Gerry Baja are now officially part of DZRH, a few weeks after their DZMM program ended following the denial of ABS-CBN’s franchise bid.

The radio veterans have already signed the proper documents for their transfer, Taberna announced in an Instagram post yesterday, Aug. 20.

“Bagong bahay ng Dos Por Dos. It’s official, nagkapirmahan na! Salamat sa pamilya DZRH ng Manila Broadcasting Company (MBC) sa naglalagblab na pagtanggap. Dos Por Dos sa DZRH, susunod na!!!” he said, sharing photos from the contract-signing event.

The duo’s “Dos por Dos” program on DZMM ran for 17 years and three months, according to Taberna, before they bade farewell to their listeners on July 31.

Fellow broadcasters and hosts, meanwhile, congratulated Taberna and Baja for finding a new home. For one, GMA’s veteran journalist and broadcaster Arnold Clavio commended the two via Instagram.

“Yawn!!! Ang titikas!!! Congratulations!!!” Clavio commented on Taberna’s post.
