LOOK: Carmina Villarroel gets birthday surprise from family

Mavy and Cassy Legaspi, together with dad Zoren, threw a birthday surprise for Carmina Villarroel as she turned a year older last Monday, Aug. 17.
Villarroel’s family prepared an intimate celebration for her, decorating a portion of their home with various balloons. The actress then shared moments from the sweet gesture on her Instagram page on the same day.

The birthday setup featured golden balloons that formed her nickname “Mina.” Villarroel’s family also gave her a large gift box that contained a big light-blue balloon and a letter.
Meanwhile, Mavy, whom Villarroel fondly calls “Pooh Bear,” gave her a bouquet of roses. Along with her husband and children, four of their loved ones joined the small celebration.
