‘God gave us you’: Bettinna Carlos introduces non-showbiz BF
Actress Bettinna Carlos has revealed a special someone in her life — one who accepts not only her, but also her young daughter Gummy.
Carlos showed pictures of boyfriend Mikki Eduardo bonding with Gummy on Friday, Aug. 14 and gushed about how he was the kind of man she had been praying for.

“For years I have prayed to the Lord for a man who ‘is already who he should be,’” she said. “[‘Yung OK] na. Ayos na. ‘Wala na kong babaguhin.’”
(Who is already OK. Is in order. Has nothing for me to change.
More importantly, “‘Yung di ko na po kailangang turuan paano mamahalin at pakikisamahan ang anak ko???’”
(One whom I wouldn’t need to teach how to love and get along with my child???)
“And God gave us you, @mikki.e.eduardo,” she said.
According to Carlos, Eduardo already wanted to be dad even before they met.
“I [didn’t] have to wait for you to love G because from Day 0 you have already decided. Or teach you how to get along with a child because you are a child at heart,” she said. “You are perfect FOR US, my Love. You are my answered prayer.”
Eduardo is an entrepreneur who owns a seafood restaurant based in La Union. He extended his affection for Carlos on Wednesday, Aug. 12 as he showed a selfie of them.

He also admitted feeling worried if Gummy would like him in a post last Thursday, Aug. 13.
“The day I was going to meet Gummy, I was pretty anxious. Will she like me? Will she say hi? Will she talk to me?” he recalled.
“Now here we are, she’s using her mom’s phone to surprise me with her Kung Fu Panda costume,” he said, sharing screenshots of their video call.
Carlos has been a single mom to Gummy, whom she gave birth to in 2011. The actress released her first autobiographical book last year titled “Heartbreaks & Breakthroughs: Making Sense of God’s Purpose for Pain”. JB
