Will Tom Rodriguez marry Carla Abellana amid COVID-19 pandemic?

MANILA, Philippines — Amid the coronavirus pandemic, some couples have opted to profess their love to each other and tied the knot.
Will this be the case for longtime couple Tom Rodriguez and Carla Abellana?
In an episode of the morning show Unang Hirit, Tom was asked if he is willing to marry his girlfriend, Carla, amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
He answered, “Ako, okay lang. Kaso noong tinanong ko siya, definitely no.”
(It’s fine with me but when I asked her, definitely no.)
While he wants their wedding to be special to Carla, Tom said his only dream wedding was to be the man next to her.
“My only dream is to be the one next to her so that’s my only requirement,” he said.
“Siyempre, I want it to be special for her,” Tom added.
Carla and Tom started dating in 2014.
