Despite keeping a low profile of her son, actress Ellen Adarna could not help but show her love for her only child Elias on his 2nd birthday.
Adarna reminisced on their bonding moments together, from playing the piano when he was still a small baby to doing other fun activities when he was big enough to stand on his own two feet, via Instagram yesterday, June 26. Elias is Adarna’s child with her former partner and fellow actor John Lloyd Cruz.
The actress gave a rare sighting of her child enjoying the beach, meeting animals and going to a playhouse, through a series of photos. Adarna also played Elias’ “favorite song” when he was still on a walker in one of the videos.
The actress shared more of their adorable moments together on her Instagram Stories today, June 27. In one of the photos, Adarna carried her child who was in a Superman costume.

Adarna only got back to using her Instagram account this year after staying away from social media for almost three years. The actress went on hiatus from show biz in 2017, when she was in a relationship with Cruz. The former couple reportedly split in 2019, but neither one of them addressed it.
The actress previously spoke up about why she and Cruz were not putting their child in the public eye. Adarna said that they were protecting their child’s privacy and keeping him away from gossip. Adarna is currently residing in Cebu with her child. /ra
