Ellen Adarna is staying active in quarantine, and her fitness routine is paying off.

The actress bared her tanned and toned physique in a bikini on Instagram
yesterday, April 29.

“#quaranTan #mumbod,” Adarna said of her series of pictures as she posed by a wall outdoors.

She also explained why her stomach appears dark in the pictures on her Instagram Stories. “I forgot to put sunblock on my stomach weeks ago. So this is why it looks darker and weird. #tanningfails,” she said, sharing pictures of her sunburnt tummy.

Adarna has been doing jump rope exercises to keep fit and shares her workouts on Instagram, too, while also offering advice to followers who want to follow suit.

“I go hard 5 days straight then I rest/recover 2 days. I take stretching seriously before and after a workout,” she told one Instagram user in her post on April 15.

Adarna is mom to Elias, her only child with former partner John Lloyd Cruz.  /ra
