Moira Dela Torre to release new videos, album and hold online concert this week

This week is about to be a treat for fans of singer-songwriter Moira Dela Torre as she is set to release two new music videos, drop a new album and hold a free online concert to raise funds for those most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The music video for Dela Torre’s song with pop-folk band Ben&Ben, titled “Paalam”, is set to premiere later today, March 25 at 7:00 p.m., as announced on her Instagram page yesterday, March 24.
Her song “Patawad”, meanwhile, is set to have its music video released tomorrow, March 26, also at 7:00 p.m. The whole “Patawad” album will then drop on Spotify, YouTube and Apple Music at midnight, March 27.

Dela Torre will then hold an online concert via Facebook Live “for the benefit of those affected by COVID-19” on March 28 at 7 p.m.
The singer-songwriter’s plan comes just as several other local artists hold a series of online concerts through the “Bayanihan, Musikahan” project, to raise funds for the most affected sectors of society as the world scrambles to fight the novel coronavirus.
“Bayanihan, Musikahan“, spearheaded by National Artist for Music Ryan Cayabyab, airs live concerts daily via Facebook. OPM icons such as Dong Abay and Gary Granada meanwhile have committed to hold daily classes on human rights, literature and music, also on the social media platform. JB
