Salma Hayek had a special Instagram post for her fans: her favorite scenes from appearances on television talk shows. They included visits to the “Tonight” show hosted by Jimmy Fallon and “The Jimmy Kimmel Show,” named after its host.

Hayek was nominated for the Oscar best actress award for playing the title role in “Frida,” the story of renowned Mexican female artist Frida Kahlo. The actor, director and producer, who is of Mexican and Lebanese descent, became the first Latin woman to be nominated for an Academy Award for best actress.
Hayek won a Daytime Emmy Award in 2004 for Outstanding Directing in a Children/Youth/Family Special for television’s “The Maldonado Miracle” (2003).
The actor is married to French billionaire entrepreneur Francois-Henri Pinault, founder of the luxury group Kering, whose high-end products include Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Bottega Veneta, Boucheron, Brioni and Pomellato. The couple welcomed daughter Valentina Paloma Pinault on Sept. 21, 2007.

Pop singer-actor Nick Jonas touts on Instagram products from his latest business enterprise, Villa One. The celebrity, who started his career as a member of the American pop band Jonas Brothers, partnered in August this year with designer John Varvatos, friend and collaborator, for Villa One tequila. Made in partnership with Stoli Group LLC USA, the product was formally launched in the United States at the Villa One Lounge during the Jonas Brothers’ Happiness Begins Tour at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
In his Instagram post, Jonas wrote: “New York! Bottles of our @villaone Reposado and Añejo are now available in stores near you. So pumped that now you guys can taste my favorite drink–Reposado on the rocks with a splash of soda and an orange wedge.” The tequila arrived in the market early. It was not expected to be available nationally until the first quarter of 2020.

Knighted by Queen Elizabeth II in 1998 for “services to music and charitable services,” John, a fellow of the British Academy of Songwriters, Composers and Authors, has received five Grammy Awards, five Brit Awards, Academy Award, Golden Globe Award, Tony Award, Disney Legends award and Kennedy Center Honor.
In 2004, Rolling Stone ranked him 49th on its list of 100 influential musicians of the rock and roll era. Billboard ranked him in 2013 as the most successful male solo artist on its Hot 100 Top All-Time Artists list and third overall, behind the Beatles and Madonna. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1994 and the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1992.
