Angel Locsin fangirls over U2 in Japan: ‘Buong buhay kong pinangarap ‘to’
Angel Locsin could not help but fangirl over the Irish rock band U2 when she saw their concert at the Saitama Super Arena in Japan yesterday, Dec. 4.
“Buong buhay kong pinangarap to (I dreamed of this my whole life)!” she said in her Instagram post yesterday.
“Maraming salamat (many thanks) @u2,” she added. “Mahal kita (I love you) Bono!”

She accompanied her post with photos and clips from the event. The band was performing a number of their hit songs such as “Pride (In the Name of Love)”, “With Or Without You” and “Elevation”. Meanwhile, Locsin also included a video of her squealing “oh my god!” repeatedly amid screams from fellow concert-goers.
Article continues after this advertisementLocsin noted that she wanted to cry because she kept jumping during the concert, which stopped her from taking good videos. Despite her lack of clips from the night, she stressed that she still enjoyed the event.

Locsin witnessed the concert with her fiancé Neil Arce and some friends, which included fellow actors Eula Valdes and Paolo Paraiso, as seen in Paraiso’s post today, Dec. 5, which aptly stated “U2 Tokyo Crew.”
