After Iñigo Pascual gave Staples Center a special screening of his music video “Catching Feelings”, the artist officially released the bop video out to the rest of his fans yesterday evening, Nov. 20.
The island pop track, featuring the music producer Moophs, gives a vibrant take on the pitfalls and uncertainties surrounding falling in love again.
“Just came from another mistake/Just another heartbreak/Repeating it over and over ‘til our hearts break,” Pascual sings, as seen on Tarsier Records’ YouTube channel.
Pascual’s technicolor dance routine alternates with the ominous takes on a deserted mansion and field, portraying the mix of emotions involved with “catching feelings.”
ABS-CBN said in a statement last Tuesday that Phil Tayag, a Jabbawockeez member and Bruno Mars’ choreographer and dancer contributed to the music video’s dance routine.
The actor and performer gave NBA fans a special screening of the music video at the game between the Los Angeles Clippers and Oklahoma City Thunder last Monday, Nov. 18. The video premiered during the halftime show, as part of the Clippers’ celebration of Filipino Heritage Night.
Pascual first released the hit track last August together with a lyric video. NVG
