K-pop star Sandara Park jetted off to Bohol last weekend for an advanced birthday celebration. Park turns 35 years old today, Nov. 12.
She announced her comeback in the Philippines through a series of snapshots on Instagram last Sunday, Nov. 10. The Korean singer can be seen posing in Bohol’s world-famous Chocolate Hills.
“Chocolate hills!!! (chocolate emoji) achieved (check emoji),” the singer wrote.
Park also said thank you for the elaborate birthday decorations in what appears to be her room in a beach resort in Panglao. Dara can be seen posing on the bed sprinkled with rose petals. She also sat right next to two white beddings shaped into swans and an artificial three-layered cake.
Park held a single rose and wore a glittery yellow hat and a pink headband with the words, “We love Dara.”
“#everydayismybirthday,” she wrote.
Sandara Park first appeared on the reality TV show “Star Circle Quest” back in 2004. The actress had a successful acting and singing career in the country before she returned back to South Korea.
Park was also a member of the iconic K-pop girl group 2NE1. The girl group was active in the music industry from 2009 to 2016. /ra
