Kylie Verzosa: It’s Dianne Medina, not Maxine, who hurt me
MANILA, Philippines — Beauty queen Kylie Verzosa has admitted that she got hurt by Maxine Medina’s cousin, Dianne Medina, who posted a blind item on social media that hinted of the “spitting” issue.
Medina said she told her family about the “spitting” incident during the taping of “Los Bastrados” where she and Verzosa were co-stars. She noted she opted to share her feelings about the episode with her family since she is not the type to vent on social media.
“That time, right after, masama loob ko kasi hindi ko naman ine-expect. Ako naman very private ako na tao, hindi ako nag-a-ano sa social media,” Medina recalled in an ambush interview on Wednesday, following the thanksgiving press conference of the afternoon series.
“Nagkwentuhan kami ng mom ko, sabi ko ‘Ma, tama ba ‘yun?’ Ganito, ganyan. Eventually, lahat sila nagalit na. It’s not under my control anymore. Although sinabihan ko naman and Ate Dianne knows it. Ever since mga bata kami, ganun na siya talaga,” Medina said.
Rumors about a supposed feud between the two beauty queens surfaced after actress-host Dianne made a blind item via Facebook about an actress who spat on a co-star even if it is not part of the script.
