The four-year-old social media darling met with Department of Tourism (DOT) Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat to seal the deal, as seen on Scarlet’s Instagram post.

The tourism secretary likewise shared a video in her own Instagram account, showing her and Scarlet shaking hands while saying the “It’s more fun in the Philippines” slogan.

Aside from melting hearts on social media, Scarlet is also known to be the daughter of celebrity doctors Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho.  /muf
