Sue Ramirez confirms split with Joao Constancia after 2 years

Sue Ramirez could not hide her emotions as she opened up about her fresh breakup with ex-boyfriend Joao Constancia.
During a press conference for her upcoming film “Cuddle Weather” on Aug. 22, Ramirez said that it was “complicated” between her and the Boyband PH member.
Over a week later, the actress was asked about a post on her Instagram Stories about “moving on” in “Tonight with Boy Abunda,” which aired yesterday, Sept. 5. Ramirez appeared to hold back tears and confirmed, “Joao and I parted ways po.”
She said they were together for two years, but that “differences” tore them apart: “Mahirap siyempre, nasanay ka na nandiyan ‘yong tao pero daming differences kasi (It is difficult of course, you are used to the person being around, but there were so many differences).”

She said that they could not agree on a lot of things, which she had previously mentioned during the August press conference. “We really wanted it to work pero ‘pag hindi po talaga, hindi po talaga (but when it is not meant to be, it is not meant to be),” she stressed.
Ramirez said she and Constancia are on speaking terms and that they like each other’s posts on social media, since they were able to speak properly about their relationship.
Asked if there was a chance of them getting back together, she said, “I don’t know, but I don’t want to close my doors.”
