Zsa Zsa Padilla indulges in tapas, church tours in Spain
Zsa Zsa Padilla flew to Spain where she indulged in a tapas tour and visited the Basilica de la Sagrada Familia in Barcelona and the Cathedral of the Incarnation in Granada, among others.
“Hola, Barcelona!” Padilla said via Instagram on Sept. 3. “Was able to make it to our tapas tour.”
Padilla sported black top and shorts, and a beige blazer for her sunny day out to the Basilica de la Sagrada Familia in Barcelona. According to her, this would be her third visit to the city.
“Sagrada Familia. This is my 3rd visit to Barcelona and the first time I’ve seen this church was in 1989,” she said. “It’s still undergoing construction.”
Padilla also posed for some shots while at Park Güell, where she admired the architecture of Spanish architect Antoni Gaudi.
“Park Güell with interesting architecture during the naturalist phase of Architect Gaudi,” she said. “I’m so matchy matchy with the place! What is #hunyango #chameleon.”
After Barcelona, Padilla took to Granada to visit the Cathedral of the Incarnation and the Alhambra Palace.
“Just got in Granada, Alhambra. Time to explore the city!” she said. “It’s very hot today. Our hotel is right in front of the cathedral!”
She gave her fans some tips if ever they plan to visit the Alhambra Palace, such as to buy their tickets online and to bring a hat for the long walk.
“Best to get tickets online before leaving for your trip. We weren’t allowed to the best spots. And buses are available (which we took on our way down) in the city. We had a good long uphill walk anyway. It’s still summertime, be sure to bring a hat!”
She also warned her fans of the gypsy women who would approach people and harass them for change.
“Gypsy women will meet you on your way up and hand you rosemary and tell your fortune and harass you for cambio or change,” she said. “But when you reach for your coin purse, they will ask for more!”
Padilla eventually bid Granada goodbye and went on her way to Madrid. According to her Instagram Stories today, Sept. 6, she is now in Porto city in Portugal.
Safe travels, Zsa Zsa! /ra
