In a Facebook post on Thursday, Guidicelli shared photos of him welcoming the President during his visit to Camp Navarro General Hospital in Zamboanga City.

“I had the honor and privilege of accompanying The Commanding General of the Philippine Army LT Gen Alberto to visit our troops in Jolo, Sulu,” Guidicelli wrote.

During the President’s visit to Zamboanga on Wednesday, he honored 12 wounded soldiers and two casualties in the twin explosions that rocked Indanan, Sulu last June 28.

“‘I salute you!’ The president said to each wounded soldier,” Guidicelli shared. “I have to be honest and say I had goosebumps! The love, support and respect he gives to our men and women in uniform is beyond words,” he added.

The 29-year-old actor’s encounter with the President was only a few days after he completed his Scout Ranger orientation training.
