Vice Ganda hospitalized for 3 days
MANILA, Philippines — After his three-day absence in the noontime show “It’s Showtime,” comedian Vice Ganda broke his silence and explained that he was hospitalized.
The comedian on Wednesday thanked nurses and doctors who took care of him and said he was already discharged from the hospital.
“Thank you very much to all the wonderful doctors, nurses and staff of TheMedicalCity for taking good care of me for 3 days. Ang babait at ang aliwalas nyo. God bless you guys! Uwian na!” Vice said in a Twitter post.

At “It’s Showtime” last Saturday, Vice admitted he was not feeling well but said he needs to attend the first live telecast of “Idol Philippines” later that day.
The comedian was able to attend the singing competition’s live telecast on Sunday.
