For the actress’ warmup, she recommends doing jumping jacks and squats with a 5-kilogram medicine ball, which are done in one minute each.

Curtis proceeds to three sets of workouts which involve rear lunges with kicks, squats with a medicine ball and alternating leg curtsies.

To finish, the actress recommends 10 repetitions of mountain climbers, plank thrusters and plank jacks.

Curtis is known to be hardworking when it comes to achieving her fitness goals, as seen in footages she shares with fans, where she does various physical feats. JB
