WATCH: Anne Curtis, Isabelle Daza share workout routines that make them fitspirations
Anne Curtis and Isabelle Daza have been hard at work together at their fitness goals.
The two share a personal trainer, Arnold Aninion, and Daza even threw a workout birthday party for Curtis last February.
Now both actresses are sharing their exercise routines, which have helped them become “fitspirations.”
On Wednesday, May 22, Daza shared a video of her and Curtis’ grueling warm-up, which consists of 20 reps of a modified quadruped squat, alternating lunge with weights, 20 reps of static frog jumps, 20 reps of standing medicine ball to knee touches, 12 reps of squat into a shoulder press, 12 reps of thrusters and one minute of mountain climbers.

In the comments section, actress Judy Ann Santos echoed a sentiment many felt: “Warm up nyo lang yan? Buong workout ko na yan eh (That’s your warm-up? That’s my whole workout).”
Article continues after this advertisementCurtis posted on her Instagram on Friday, May 24, a circuit routine, which she advised to repeat thrice: 10 reps per side of single leg planks with elevated shoulder taps, five reps of ab roll out with EZ bar and 10 reps per side of rear lunge with medicine ball into front kick.

Seeing that these are only clips of their full workouts, it is no wonder that the two friends have been able to confidently bare their toned bodies lately.
