New in theaters: ‘Toy Story 4’, ‘Child’s Play’, ‘Anna’

“Toy Story 4” begins its presumptive four-week box office reign (until “The Lion King” challenges it mid-July) in the company of slasher movie remake “Child’s Play,” assassin-slash-model action movie “Anna,” and Scotland-to-Nashville country music drama “Wild Rose.”

Story: Karen gets her deaf son, Andy, a computerized doll for his birthday, but something goes wrong and he goes on a rampage. A remake of the 1988 slasher movie.

Story: Fashion model Anna is an elite assassin but her activities are attracting attention. Releasing with little fanfare following legal action against its director.
