MANILA, Philippines — Actress Iza Calzado has decided it is time to stop hiding behind “digitally distorted images” and to just embrace her body as it is.
Calzado flaunted her curves as she donned a two-piece black bikini in a photo posted Tuesday on her Instagram account.
“My body has gone through so many changes and as a result I have stretch marks, loose skin, scars and cellulite,” the actress wrote in a caption.
“I no longer want to hide these behind digitally distorted images because, truth be told, this reduces the pressure of trying to look perfect in every picture,” she added.
Several celebrities left uplifting words to Calzado including Glaiza De Castro, Isabelle Daza, and Rhian Ramos.

“You are already perfect!” De Castro told Calzado to which the latter replied, “We all are!”
Daza and Ramos likewise complimented Calzado, saying she is already “beautiful” and “gorgeous” in every way. (Editor: Julie Espinosa)
