Megastar Sharon Cuneta and Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan” may be big names on their own, but today, May 27, they are just proud parents to their daughter Miel.
The couple was present when Miel was awarded two Subject Excellence Awards, English and Filipino, during the middle school awarding ceremony in her school today.
“What a wonderful way to start the day!!!” Cuneta said via Instagram. “Congrats to our baby girl, my Bunny and Piyowww, Mielly! Two medals!!! Woohoo!!! #proudmama.”
Cuneta could not help but gush about her daughter as she continued to share video clips and pictures on social media from the ceremony. In one post, she, Pangilinan and Miel can be seen posing for a picture, with the two medals pinned on Miel’s top.
“We are so very proud of you, our dearest Yellie!!!’ added Cuneta. “Thank you for the happiness you have given us! I love you more than words can ever say!!!”
Pangilinan also took to his own Instagram where he shared photos from the event.
“Excellence Awards in English and Filipino,” Pangilinan said. “Congratulations Yellie! So proud of you!”
The senator added this must be the product of all the days when they would play role playing games in Filipino with Miel.
“Nagbunga din ang ating araw araw na paglalaro gamit ang wikang Filipino ng bahay bahayan, carinderia carinderia at yung Pretend Play na ikaw si Bantay ang aming alagang Tuta. Aw, aw!” the senator joyfully recalled.
