Kathryn Bernardo to Daniel Padilla on 7th anniversary: ‘What we have is real’

Kathryn Bernardo made fans swoon with a special message for her boyfriend Daniel Padilla on their seventh anniversary, posted on Instagram today, May 26.
The actress shared a video of their vacation in Amanpulo, as well as a letter to DJ (her term of endearment for Padilla), revealing that staying in love is a decision made every day.

“You have to appreciate what you have every single day,” Bernardo stated. “You have to grow together and sometimes that means growing individually but never growing apart. And no matter how hard life may be, you never give up on each other.”
Bernardo also looked back at Padilla’s previous characters in “Growing Up”, “Princess and I”, “Got to Believe”, “Can’t Help Falling in Love” and “The Hows of Us”, listing their similarities to the actor-singer.
“More than anything in the world, I’m thankful that you are you, you are DJ, my tangi, my bal,” Bernardo said.
“I love how you are scared of small planes so you can never let go of my hand during flights, I love your sweaty hands, the scent of your shirt, your OC tendencies and how you are so much taller when you hug me because it makes me feel so safe,” the actress gushed.
“But do not get me wrong, you can be really annoying too when you randomly fart, when you would rather sleep than go to the gym, whenever you are being overly conservative and the fact you are super moody in the morning,” she added.
“But I love even the things I hate about you because you are real, because what we have is real and because these ordinary things make our relationship extraordinary,” Bernardo declared. “Happy, happy 7th anniversary to us, mahal (Love)! Thank you for being my dream guy and my reality guy at the same time.”
According to ABS-CBN, Bernardo and Padilla confirmed their relationship while promoting their 2018 movie “The Hows of Us”. JB
