Kit Thompson says no romantic past with Pia Wurtzbach
Filipino-Kiwi actor and model Kit Thompson quashed speculations that he and beauty queen Pia Wurtzbach were ever an item.

Thompson, 22, clarified their relationship on “Tonight with Boy Abunda” on Wednesday, May 8, denying that he and Wurtzbach ever had a romance. He agreed, though, that they were good friends.
He said they spent time together when they were both living in New York. At the time, he was studying filmmaking at the New York Film Academy and Wurtzbach was carrying out Miss Universe duties after taking the crown in 2015.
“Nag-hang out lang kami one time (We hung out one time). Suddenly we kept hanging out even more,” he said of their time in New York.
Back in May 2016, Wurtzbach posted a picture of her, Thompson and casting agent Harley Tan going around the city and used the hashtag #theluckyones.

Thompson explained that it was once just a dream to go to the Big Apple, which is why they called themselves “the lucky ones” when they finally fulfilled their goals in the city.
He also confirmed that he has been dating a non-showbiz girlfriend for more than a year now.
Thompson was on “Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition 4” in 2012. Besides his studies in New York, he also had modeling gigs in Los Angeles.
