Anne Curtis’ ‘Aurora’ is coming to Netflix
MANILA, Philippines — Horror-thriller film “Aurora” starring Anne Curtis will soon be streamed on Netflix.
Director and producer of the film Yam Laranas happily shared the news in an Instagram post on Wednesday.
“AURORA is a @netflix film,” Laranas wrote.
A report from Variety said “Aurora” can be watched on the streaming giant starting April 25.
“Aurora” is one of the entries in last year’s Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF). It bagged numerous awards from the festival’s “Gabi ng Parangal” including Best Visual Effects, Best Sound Design, Best Cinematography and Second Best Picture.
One of its casts Phoebe Villamor also won the Best Child Performer award.
Last year, Curtis-starred film “BuyBust” directed by Erik Matti was also acquired by Netflix. /muf
