LOOK: John Lennon’s son Julian explores Manila

Julian Lennon landed in Manila last Friday, March 29 and wasted no time to experience history and city life in the capital.

Lennon, the firstborn of Beatles frontman John Lennon, chronicled his journey on Instagram, starting with the Metro Manila skyline.

He tried food ranging from an upscale steak restaurant at Shangri-La the Fort in Taguig to a popular burger and burrito joint.

Among those he shared meals with was Department of Tourism secretary Berna Romulo-Puyat.

Lennon got a taste too of lemonade that may have reminded him of his dad — after all, it was called Johnn Lemon. In the picture, he tagged Yoko Ono and half-brother Sean Lennon.

He explored the walled district of Intramuros by bike and shared snaps of the historic structures as well as of kids in the area.

He also shared his appreciation for the Manila Bay sunset, posting a video today with the caption “#love #itsmorefuninthephilippines.”

Besides his work in different art forms which include film and photography, Lennon has also dedicated his efforts into humanitarian work by founding the White Feather Foundation. JB
